Vtg Japanese Folding Fan Sensu
This is a traditional Japanese fan called Sensu. You can use this when it's hot or as decoration. It is sometimes used in traditional Japanese dance. It's decorated with a man paddling a boat in the river. On the back of the fan "平和生命保険株式会社（Heiwa seimei hoken kabushiki gaisha）" written.
