This is a ceramic Japanese sake bottle and cup set. It has a cork stopper on top. It is a gourd-shaped bottle. The gourd is known as "an auspicious plant" in Japan. The bottle has a picture of a lake and kanji characters written on it ( 太平山 Taiheizan, Souvenir Japan's best sake at Towadako Lake).
