Japanese Pair of Buddhist Offering Stands  

This is a pair of vintage Buddhist altar fittings Takatsuki (offering high cups) made of a sturdy resin plastic in a red color. When using takatsuki, paper is laid out, and sweets or fruits are put on in to offer to ancestors. It is set inside or in front of a buddhist altar.
