Painted with a stunning brown brushed lacquer, this vintage Japanese Buddhist kyozukue offering table with a traditional shape is a stunning focal point in any home altar. This altar fitting piece contains a drawer with a brass metal chrysanthemum decoration for items such as prayer beads, incense, and candles.
This piece is typically placed in front of a Buddhist altar, and the original usage is for reading sutras, but it is also used as a stand for placing an incense burner or ring an orin bell (singing bowl).
