Vtg Japanese Folding Fan Sensu
This is a traditional Japanese fan called Sensu. You can use this when it's hot or as decoration. It is sometimes used in traditional Japanese dance. It's decorated with a blue bird. The artist's signature is both written and stamped with a red signature seal. The red stamp displays the kanji character "東（Higashi）".
