Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must have been purchased from Chidori Vintage.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Any Other Problems
If we accidentally sent you the wrong item please contact us promptly and we will send you the correct item. In most cases, you can keep the mistaken item. In the unlikely case that one of our items arrives broken, please kindly contact us with pictures of the broken item and we will find a solution such as a refund, replacement, or credit.
In any case, please contact us and we will work with you to solve any problems that you may have. We are here to help and your satisfaction is what we value most.
If you purchased an item and you decide you want to return it, you will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
