This is an original vintage early Showa Era daily life photograph of four men seated on the roof of a small shed posing next to a very old tree that has been recently pruned for the season. The men wear a combination of suit, kimono, and working clothes. This tree appears to be located either at a temple or as part of a large traditional estate.
