Japanese Ceramic Pottery Yunomi Teacup
This vintage Japanese ceramic teacup is mostly white with black specks. The cup is simple with a slight line design on the sides. It is a larger yunomi cup that is great for holding with both hands.
This cup is called yunomi, made for serving and drinking sencha (standard loose-leaf tea). It is typically brought to guests in one's home, a business, or a restaurant on a lacquered obon tray.
