Vintage Japanese Handwoven Drying Basket
This is a vintage traditional natural bamboo woven basket used for drying or draining water from various items such as tea leaves, small vegetables like edamame pods, etc. This particular type of handwoven zaru is completely round with no open sides, and is bound together by copper metal wire.
