Japanese Wooden Kokeshi Doll
This is a vintage Japanese wooden figurine of a Shishi head from Kaga, Ishikawa, Japan. It is hand-carved with gold paint on the eyes and teeth, and red paint on the ears, nose, and mouth. It has straw-like hair and a movable jaw for opening the mouth. It comes with a green display cloth and an original paper box.
