Vintage Japanese Postcard
This vintage Japanese colorized postcard features a photograph of a matsuri float from the Kyoto Gion Festival. This particular float (or dashi in Japanese) is called Funahoko. The float is shaped like a boat, with a phoenix at the front and a shrine inside.
