Japanese Wooden Brazier Fire Pit Hibachi, 2pc Set
This is a Japanese vintage wooden brazier fire pit. also known as hibachi. It has been used in the past as a heating method, but also more commonly today used for cooking/grilling as well as a prevalent fixture in tea ceremony.
There are three main types of braziers: wooden, ceramic, and metal.
This is made of wood carved from a stump with a removable copper bowl insert inside to contain flames and hot coals.

- Good condition considering age. Some insect damage on outside. Chips and dents. Scratches. Copper insert has been well-used and has oxidization. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos.
