Vtg Japanese Hanging Scroll Kakejiku
This is a vintage Japanese hang scroll Kakejiku. The poem is written in kanji. It's written in cursive and I can't read it. It is written December winter at home (Fuyu-Gomori) on the back. Kakejiku is a Japanese picture or calligraphy mounted on a piece of paper. Kakejiku was a tool to spread Buddhism in Japan. It has been integrated with Japanese culture as interior decoration. Tokokake is used at the Tokonoma in tatami room. Chakake has Zen words used in the tea ceremony room. Buddha-kake is used in the Buddhist altar.

Good conditions. Hole at the top, the paper is worn, some creasing, light stains on the back, and general staining on the back. Wear tear due to age. Please see the photos.
