This vintage Japanese Banko ware ceramic teapot-shaped small donabe (earthenware pot) with a matching lid is beige with brown lines on the lid and the pot. This type of small-sized pot is used to serve soups or broth and is often seen in kaiseki food restaurants. It can also be used as a regular teapot. The handle is missing.
