Japanese Lg Brushed Lacquer Wooden Bowl Kashhiki
This is a Japanese vintage wooden snack bowl, or kashiki, typically used for serving snacks, such as senbei crackers or sweets, to guests in one's home, business, etc. A dark brown color that highlights its natural wood grain, this sturdy, deep round bowl provides both function and beautiful decor. This piece can also be used for general decoration or for displaying fruit.
Kashiki are also commonly used in tea ceremonies but also in everyday life.
