Antique Japanese Ceramic Bowl

This item is an antique Japanese ceramic bowl. Handcrafted, this bowl, also called namasu, is used mainly for salads and other types of dressed chopped vegetables. It is white and blue sometsuke that features a hatched line inner border design as well as some floral and other nature motifs at the center. The outside edge has pine tree-looking designs. It has a petaled edge for extra decoration.
