Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquered Serving Tray w/ Box

This is a Japanese vintage wooden lacquered tray, or Obon, typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. A semi-gloss red with lovely wood grain texture, this sturdy round tray with uniquely lifted edges provides both function and beautiful decor. It features the traditional Japanese image of a twisted plum blossom silhouette. The original box is also included.
