Vtg Japanese Traditional Koma For Shamisen w/ Box
This is a vintage Japanese bridge for the shamisen, or koma. It is one of the most important accessories for a shamisen as it is the piece that holds the strings taut above the box. This item is plastic which is common for modern shamisen, and has three tiny, shallow, gauged indentations for the strings to fall into. It comes in the original paper box from a store in Nagoya, Japan.
