Vintage Japanese Wooden Statue
This is a vintage Japanese carved wooden statue of Fukurokuju, one of the 7 Lucky Gods (shichifukujin). Fukurokuju is said to give the blessings of luck, wealth, and longevity, and is known for his elongated head. This wooden statue is carved from a solid piece of wood. There is a hole in Fukurokuju's fist where a staff once was, but this piece has been misplaced or lost over time.
