This is a vintage Japanese Sasaki crystal glass plate. This fan-shaped small plate, also called kozara, is clear and features an embossed image of bush clover/Japanese clover (hagi). Kozara are often used for side dishes and serving desserts. This particular plate is most likely used for single servings of sashimi.
