This is a pair of Japanese vintage Buddhist altar electric light candle holder stands. These candlesticks are metal with a dark brown color and have a classic shape. These candlesticks have a channel through the center that exits at the base for an electric wire (wire and light not included). Candlestands or candlesticks are basic Buddhist tools used in most sects and are an essential item for Buddhist altars (Butsudan).
