Vintage Japanese Buddhist Altar Fitting Shokudai Candle Stand

This is a Japanese vintage Buddhist altar candle holder stand. This mostly wooden, handcarved candlestick is a deep black-brown color and is comprised of three pieces.  
Candlestands or candlesticks are basic Buddhist tools used in most sects and are an essential item for Buddhist altars (Butsudan).
