Vtg Japanese Bronze Statue Daikokuten

This is a large vintage Japanese bronze statue that depicts one of the Seven Lucky Gods, Daikokuten. Daikokuten is a popular deity that symbolizes wealth and commerce and is often depicted holding a mallet, a sack, and standing on bales of rice. This particular statue has Daikokuten standing on the sack and a rice bale while holding the lucky hammer in one hand and a coin in the other.
