This is a vintage Japanese recipe book featuring about 190 pages of recipes of nabe, Japanese hotpots. Hotpots with fish, chicken, beef or pork and also vegetables and tofu. The recipes are illustrated with black-and-white pictures. This hardcover book has a protective cardboard case.
