Vtg Japanese Bamboo Sushi Rolling Mat

This is a Japanese vintage mat (called makisu) used for hand-rolling sushi. Made of bamboo and tied together by string, this mat has a natural and traditional look. This is a must-have utensil for the perfect makizushi.
