Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquer Serving Tray, Obon

Mainly lacquered with a rich orange-brown on the top and black on the bottom, this vintage plum blossom shape lacquer Japanese serving tray is made of lightweight wood. It is round with raised sides so drinks cannot easily slide off. The main design appears to be abstract flowers.
Obon (serving trays) are typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. They provide both function and beautiful decor.
