Vintage Japanese Tea Ceremony Kettle Brazier Decorative NOT FOR USE

This is a vintage Japanese textured cast-iron kettle with lid (chagama) and Furo (ro) portable brazier set for a Japanese tea ceremony. This set comes with the brazier, the chagama, and a lid. The chagama is a square shape with a deep cup-shaped reservoir. The brazier has three small and round indents where a stand that lifts the chagama would sit (this piece is missing).
This item is used in Sado, the Japanese traditional tea ceremony, to heat water for tea-making. It has hanging handles so it can be manipulated more easily and a portable ro brazier that can be used anywhere in a room.
