Vintage Japanese Morisho Salt Plate
This is a vintage Japanese ceramic morishio salt dish. Also called morijio, this large round gray plate is meant to be placed near doorways in businesses or restaurants as a means to ward off or absorb any evil or negative spirits or energy.
