Vintage Japanese Postcard
This vintage Japanese colorized postcard features a photograph of a matsuri float from the Kyoto Gion Festival. This particular float (or dashi in Japanese) is called Gyojayama. Three mechanized puppets are visible at the top of the float. People are posing in front of it.
