Vtg Japanese Wooden Lacquered Tray Fork Set
A vibrant, high-gloss reddish-brown color, this high-quality vintage Hida Shunkei lacquer Japanese serving tray is made of wood. It is shaped like a fish with raised sides so things cannot easily slide off. The tray has two compartments, a bigger one and a smaller one. It includes five forks and a pair of chopsticks. Forks are metal with a resin handle. Chopsticks are made of wood and lacquered. It comes with an original paper box.
Obon (serving trays) are typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one's home, business, etc. They provide both function and beautiful decor.
