Japanese Wooden Lacquered Set of Chopsticks w/Wood Box
This is a Japanese vintage lacquered wooden chopstick set. The set is made of Wajima-style lacquer in red and black, respectively, with a gold turtle shell pattern (kikko) on the upper part.
This type of set with chopsticks of different lengths is traditionally called a "husband and wife" set: the long chopsticks are for men, and the short chopsticks are for women. It is ideal for wedding anniversaries and couple celebrations. It comes with the original paper gift box.
