Vintage Japanese Ceramic Side Dish Bowl

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic bowl for side dishes. This bowl has a crackled beige glaze with deep green accents. It features a rustic lip on one edge. This bowl is the perfect size for putting on small food and sweets.
Japanese meals traditionally consist of a bowl of rice accompanied by several side dishes called Okazu. The side dishes are served in dedicated small plates and small bowls.
