This is a vintage Japanese Hirameji-Kote (flat joint trowel). It is a thin trowel that fills the joints of bricks, blocks, and tiles with mortar and a smooth finish. It is a tool used in plastering work. Landscape architecture company and person's name on the handle. The registered trademark is engraved on the handle end.
