Antique Japanese Wooden Lockbox Storage Chest

This is a large antique Japanese storage chest made of wood. It contains one wide drawer which has a built-in iron lock (key not included). It uses simple iron metal hardware on the sides for easy transport as well as one on the front of the drawer. This item may have been a lock box or safe.
