Japanese Yoraku Hanging Altar Lantern
This is a vintage Japanese Buddhist altar-fitting pair of Yoraku. Yoraku is a hanging Buddhist item that is a beautiful decoration for any home altar and also serves as an amulet. This brass metal set features a lotus flower and leaf design. Each yoraku has seven strands with metal pieces spaced out by clear beads. There are small metal lotus buds peeking up from the sides of the top piece which depicts a lotus flower leaf with a bloom at the very top. There are pieces missing off a few strands as well as an elongated one.
