Vintage Japanese Lacquered Wooden Drink Saucers w/Box
This is a five-piece set of vintage Japanese wooden lacquered drink saucers/coasters, or chataku. Brushed with a clear lacquer coating to accentuate the natural color and grain of the wood, this easily stackable set made of hinoki wood has a carved indentation of a flower at the center to keep a cup from slipping off. The original box is included.
