Japanese Folding Fan Sensu
This is a traditional Japanese folding fan called sensu. You can use this when it's hot or as decoration. This fan is a promotional item handed out by the Gifu Prefecture Gaming Association and made of a natural bamboo frame and is colorful with the image of an anime girl. This girl is Ukai Manaka, an original character created for the Gifu Gaming Industry Association. She even has her own online profile! Ukai also means Cormorant Fishing which is a famous traditional method of fishing that Gifu is well-known for.
