Vtg Japanese Ceramic Green Tea Bowl
This is a vintage Japanese ceramic green tea bowl, Matcha Chawan. It has a beige crackled glaze. It is embellished with nature designs: the moon, cherry blossoms, snowflakes and grass. It has some gold color foil. This bowl is signed on the bottom. This sturdy bowl is easy to handle. Green tea bowls are traditionally used for preparing and drinking green tea during tea ceremonies but can be used in many scenes of modern everyday life.
