Japanese Shamisen Plectrum Bachi Pick

This is a vintage Japanese Shamisen plectrum (Bachi pick). This is a nagauta shamisen style bachi and it is made of wood with a removable protector cap on the end. It is a soft, light brown color with no added lacquer or paint. It appears to have been unused.
