Vtg Japanese Porcelain Furin Wind Chime

This is a vintage Japanese porcelain wind chime, Furin. This porcelain bell is shaped like a bell. The Kanji characters on the paper say “The bank In Ogaki 大垣信用金庫.” It can be used as a room decoration or an ornament.
