Vintage Japanese Recipe Book

This is a vintage Japanese freshwater fish recipe book. It features about 170 pages with mostly text and a few photos in color. The fish are ayu (Japanese sweetfish), unagi (Japanese eel), wakasagi (Japanese smelt), masu (Japanese sea trout), funa (Japanese crucian carp), etc. This hardcover book has a handwritten sign at the beginning and has a protective cardboard case.
