Vintage Japanese Wooden Serving Tray w/ Box

This is a Japanese vintage wooden tray, or Obon, typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one’s home, business, etc. A rich dark brown in color with lovely wood grain on display, this simple and sturdy rectangular tray provides both function and beautiful decor. 
The original box is included.

• Approx.  48.5 cm long x 30.5 cm wide x 4 cm tall
• Good condition considering its age. Light scratches. Chipped finish on front side. Side of tray is a bit loose. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos.
