Vtg Japanese Stamp Seal Hanko Inkan 

This is a vintage Japanese seal, stamp (Hanko, Inkan).  I think it’s the company logo. This kanji is “愛”. A piece of paper is pasted on the back with “Taihei Shoko Co., Ltd., Ito, phone number” written on it.
