Japanese Wooden Kokeshi Doll

This is a vintage Japanese wooden Daruma figurine. It is cut out from a piece of wood, with slightly rounded sides and top, and a flat bottom. The face is painted on the recessed area. The wooden grain shows vertical lines on the side, concentric circles on the front and back, and stripe lines on the top.

• Good condition considering age.  Slight discoloration. Pink mark. Chips or scratches on the back. Imperfection of face painting. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
