Vtg Japanese Wooden Flower Vase Kabin 

This is a vintage Japanese wooden flower vase, or kabin. It is rectangular with bevels carved out at the corners. The mouth is square and houses a black plastic insert that protects the inside of the vase from moisture. It is brushed with a clear lacquer coating, highlighting the natural grain and knots in the wood. It can be used for all types of flower arrangements, both ikebana and casual bouquet.
