Vintage Japanese Woodblock Printed Writing Card

This vintage Japanese writing card is a colorful woodblock-printed reproduction of a ukiyo-e artwork by Utagawa Hiroshige called Evening Snow at Kambara, from the series Fifty-three Stations of the Tokaido. It represents an old Japanese town at night, covered in snow, and three people walking under the snow. The artwork can be removed from the paper card, which is folded in two.

• Ukiyoe part only approx. 9 cm tall x 14.1 cm wide
• Good condition considering its age. Some stains. Card corners slightly bent. Wear and tear due to age. Please see the photos carefully.
