Vtg Japanese Brushed Lacquered Wooden Tansu Storage Chest

This is a vintage Japanese storage chest, also called tansu. A medium brown color with a clear brushed lacquer finish and an overall simple design, this small chest has three same-sized drawers with decorative metal hardware. This beautiful tansu chest can be used for storing sewing supplies, jewelry, or other trinkets.
