Japanese Wooden Tansu Storage Chest

This is a Japanese storage chest, also called tansu. A dark brown color, this small chest has eight half-sized drawers with decorative metal hardware. The insides of the drawers are lined with an orange wavy fabric. Both the corners of the drawers and the corners of the box have black metal accents. This beautiful tansu chest can be used for storing sewing supplies, jewelry, or other trinkets.
