Japanese Brushed Lacquered Wooden Tansu Storage Chest

This is a Japanese storage chest, also called tansu. A rich reddish brown color, this small chest has two half-sized drawers and two full-sized drawers with metal handles. The insides of the drawers are lined with red fabric. This beautiful tansu chest can be used for storing sewing supplies, jewelry, or other trinkets.
