Vintage Japanese Wooden Lacquered Serving Tray w/ Box

This is a Japanese vintage wooden lacquered tray, or Obon, typically used for serving drinks and snacks to guests in one’s home, business, etc.
With a classic red and black combination lacquer, this cute round tray provides both function and beautiful decor. It features floating dandelion seeds carved into the tray and colored with gold paint. The design is simple, but in light, the gold shines brightly. The original box is also included.
